Regardless of how much we try to stay careful the pharmacy business is full of risks, and we put in our entire efforts in order to ensure and protect our clients and their potential interests, by employing all the means that are available at our disposal.

·         We provide our clients with a completely traceable delivery service and if by any means, you receive a wrong order and the items in your package don’t match the items that you ordered, you can demand for a refund. Our refund policies are quite flexible because customer’s satisfaction is our only moto.

·         We provide total refunds for all unopened products, and by chance if you have opened the package then also you can return it by contacting our customer support and they’ll guide you through. For returning packages by post repackage all the items carefully and mail them to the postal address provided on website. After receiving your return parcel, we are going to process the refund and the amount will be credited to the card in 5 to 7 working days which was used to make the payment in the first place.

·         Just make sure that you file a returns complaint within 14 calendar days then only a refund can be made.

·         Make sure all the hygiene seals are in place before you return the products, if not the items won’t be refunded.
